SSH204-IR All Stainless Steel Camera Housing The SSH204-IR Camera Housing has been designed for fixed installation of Thermal Imaging Cameras, used in a extremely wide range of applications such as: fire monitoring and rescue, public safety, intruder monitoring (harbor, airport, dam, river), industrial monitoring, environment monitoring (volcanoes, global warming, pollution), military purposes, marine (port and harbor surveillance, vessel navigation), night vision security surveillance, etc. The SSH204-IR Camera Housing is constructed entirely from AISI316L stainless steel, to ensure the best protection for the camera when it is installed in Industrial and Marine environments or in general in every aggressive environment where corrosive agents can cause a rapid deterioration of a standard aluminum-steel housing. The housing is equipped with a special germanium window, absolutely necessary when using and infrared camera. An automatic shutter protects the germanium window from dirt and dust when the camera is not is use. The housing has been engineered to ensure the best protection from external agents and to allow an easy installation and maintenance. Housing is extra large and has diameter of 204mm (8") so it can accommodate thermal imaging cameras which are always larger then regular ones. ccessories: - Wall bracket with joint - Corner mount adaptor - Pole mount adaptor A special version of the housing is available for the installation of the NEC Thermo Tracer TS7302, a fixed installation type infrared thermal imaging camera.
